Barco – ClickShare Screen Sharing

Using USB Dongle

  • Plug USB dongle into the computer.
  • Open USB drive that should be mounted
  • Install ClickShare software for OS
  • Press Circle button on dongle to start share screen
  • Press Circle button on dongle to stop sharing screen
  • Unplug USB dongle from computer.

Using ClickShare App

  • This method breaks internet access during screen sharing.
  • Download Clickshare Advanced apps from Barco
    • Admin privileges required.
  • Install Software on laptop.
  • Connect to ClickShare-[wifi] network
    • Password: clickshare
  • Open Clickshare software
  • Click name of clickshare room/device.
  • Look for 4 digit code at bottom screen of clickshare connected TV/projector.
  • Type 4 digit code on laptop.
  • Sharing is working.
    • Open presentation material
  • Return to Clickshare software {Click} [disconnect]
  • Connect back to NCSU preferred wifi network.
