EOL – Listminder

The NCSU Google group administration tool “Listminder” has announce it’s End Of Life (EOL) to be July 1, 2025. This tool allows for College IT to assist with group management and member automation. More information can be found at this link.

Any Google groups that are using Listminder for automation will need to be migrated to the replacement service Persona. This is not a simple task and there are some differences between the two services. Please reach out to help@sicences.ncsu.edu so that we can assist with your groups’ automation migration.

Due to the EOL of Listminder, we highly suggest that you add the generic account sciences-it@ncsu.edu to be a manager with “No email” of your Google Groups. This will allow Sciences IT to help with your Google groups when requested.
