Sciences IT manages digital signage across the College of Sciences using Billboard, NC State’s campus-wide digital sign management system. Submit a posting request to share news, events, and announcements across our buildings and signs.

How to Submit a Posting Request

Submit your approved content request to Sciences IT and include the following information:

• Slides saved as a JPG, GIF or PNG at W:1920 × H:1080 pixels (16:9). Keep copy short and readable at a distance. All slides must follow NC State Brand Guidelines for typography, color, and imagery.
• Preferred signage locations
• Start date
• End date

Use NC State’s official Billboard templates to create your slide. Templates are available for PowerPoint and Photoshop.
