As we reach the end of 2025, please keep these important IT updates in mind.

- The on-prem GitHub service is being retired in favor of GitHub Enterprise Cloud service. Users need to migrate their data to the Cloud service by Dec 20

- Updated Federal rules for digital accessibility go into place on April 24, 2026. There is information on the University’s digital accessibility website including training and tools to check your content
- COE is hosting a free Accessibility in STEM Conference Jan 6 – 8, 2026 at the Hunt Library
- DELTA is offering a 10-week workshop and other accessibility resources for instructors
- The LMS Transition website has been updated to include a transition timeline
- Experienced Canvas users may be granted early access in Summer 26 to teach courses that Fall
