Purchases and Returns
- We are getting down to the wire to have purchases received in time to get paid out this FY. If you have EOY IT purchases, please get them in ASAP.
- Also, be aware that Dell does not accept returns for properly working equipment.
- Per NC Contract 204a Dell will accept returns from commercial clients within 30 days in the event there is a manufacturing issue
- This means you need to be completely confident in your purchase before you make it, as well as act quickly to test your device and report any issues.
